Your details

Only what you type into a form, at the moment you press the button. There are three forms on this site and this is everything they store:

• Booking a chair — your name and mobile number, plus the shop, service, date and time you chose.
• Franchise enquiry — your name, mobile number and the city you want to open in.
• Chair for hire — your name, mobile number and the shop you prefer.

We also record which page you sent it from, and any campaign tag on the link that brought you here. A Google ad link can include a click reference such as a GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID, and a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad link an FBCLID. We keep that reference with the enquiry so we can tell whether our own adverts lead to completed visits. It is not your name, number or booking notes.

Browsing the site without filling in a form stores nothing about you on our side. If you allow advertising cookies, Google and Meta can recognise your browser — see Advertising cookies below.

So somebody can get back to you. Most bookings finish on WhatsApp, and messages fail: people change their mind halfway, the tab closes, the network drops. If we did not keep the request, a person who chose a shop and a time would simply be lost, and they would turn up expecting a chair that nobody held.

We use it for that and, when an ad brought you here, to measure whether the advert led to a completed visit. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send your name, number, email, service or booking notes to Google, Meta or data brokers.

The TrimX team who handle bookings and franchise enquiries. It is stored in a managed database hosted by Neon, and the site itself runs on Vercel — both hold the data on our behalf and neither uses it for anything of their own.

If a Google ad brought you here and the store confirms that your visit was completed, we may send Google Ads the ad click reference, completion time and a duplicate-safe booking reference. We do not include your name, number, email, service or booking notes in that measurement record.

If you allowed advertising cookies and then book a chair, our server also tells Meta that a booking happened, so the same booking is not missed when a browser blocks Meta’s code. That message carries a random booking reference, the page you booked from, the Meta cookies already in your browser, and the internet address and browser type of the request — Meta needs one of those to match the booking to an ad. It does not include your name, number, email, service or booking notes, and nothing is sent if you said no.

Booking requests are kept for a year, which covers a customer coming back and asking what they had done last time. Franchise and chair enquiries are kept for three years, because those conversations genuinely run that long. After that they are deleted.

Message us and say so. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain yourself — ask, and it goes. You can also ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.

On trimx.in we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually use. It sets cookies in your browser that tell it whether you have been here before, and it tells us things like which shop pages get read and which city people came from — never who you are.

Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off for Analytics itself. We do not use Analytics to build remarketing audiences.

No session recording, ever. If you would rather not be counted at all, your browser’s “block third-party cookies” setting or any tracker blocker stops it, and the site works exactly the same without it.

These are off unless you say yes. The first time you visit, we ask whether we may use Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising cookies. Until you press “Allow”, neither company’s advertising code loads on this site at all.

If you allow them, the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel note which pages you look at — for example, that you viewed the Boduppal shop page — and whether you tapped to call, message us on WhatsApp, get directions or book. We use that to show you TrimX offers later on Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, to stop showing them once you have booked, and to see which of our ads bring people in. Google and Meta process this under their own privacy policies.

Neither company receives your name, phone number, email, service or booking notes from us, hashed or otherwise.

You can change your mind any time: press “Ad preferences” at the bottom of any page and choose again. Choosing “No thanks” after saying yes switches both off and removes the advertising cookies we can reach from this site. Saying no changes nothing about how the site works for you.
